I am a qualified chartered accountant with a broad spectrum of experience across a diverse range of industries. After completing 10 years in the auditing profession, I moved into commerce where I held senior financial management roles as well as diversifying into operations management.
Bookkeeping, Accounting and Financial Management is ingrained in my persona, and I’m comfortable working with most accounting systems, having developed software myself. I pride myself on my "can-do" attitude and hands-on approach and I'm known for my ability to diagnose problems quickly and to implement pragmatic, easy to use, solutions.
My leadership style is mentoring and empowering, fostering self-motivation and personal development within my team. I believe in creating a collaborative environment where accountability and initiative thrive. Over the years, I have enjoyed working with individuals from diverse cultures, and I take pride in helping others grow professionally.
