About Us

I am a qualified chartered accountant with a broad spectrum of experience across a diverse range of industries. After completing 10 years in the auditing profession, and before the advent of the IBM PC, I designed and co-wrote a fully integrated accounting system on a Commodore Pet computer and this passion for automation and systems improvement coupled with my financial background has woven a common thread throughout my professional career.

Whilst Financial Management is ingrained in my persona, most of the executive financial roles which I have filled have been as a result of my being initially introduced to the organization in order to resolve some form of accounting/systems complexity or problem within that organization.

I’m comfortable working with most accounting systems, having developed software myself, and I pride myself on my "can-do" attitude and hands-on approach. I'm known for my ability to diagnose problems quickly and seek out the right technical resources to solve them. In every engagement, I roll up my sleeves and work alongside my clients to ensure success.

My leadership style is mentoring and empowering, fostering self-motivation and personal development within my team. I believe in creating a collaborative environment where accountability and initiative thrive. Over the years, I have enjoyed working with individuals from diverse cultures, and I take pride in helping others grow professionally.
