These are the services we offer

We’ve had years of experience working with data. In the ERP space our focus was primarily on data cleansing activities whereas in the SMB environment a data migration would normally precede a data cleanse. We can access data from most accounting systems and migrate it into either Quickbooks Online or Xero. Multi currency data migrations are a speciality of ours.

We have worked across a significantly varied platform of industries and experienced systems across a spectrum of organisations ranging in size from multi-nationals to one-man startups which means that our exposure to different systems is vast. We can prepare a sensible assessment of an organisation’s system requirements over a given timeframe or even just a specific aspect of the requirement, like Inventory Management or Job Costing or Project Management.

We will implement Quickbooks Online or Xero and/or any Apps that connect to these products and then train the organisation’s personnel to effectively use them. We will provide a project management service for any App or product that is being implemented and/or where training is being provided by a third party.

We are accountants and naturally offer the full suite of Accounting Services:

· monthly bookkeeping, making sure that all records are up to date, balanced and reconciled

· monthly financial reporting including KPI’s

· monthly cashflow forecasting

· GST/HST and PST/RST Filing

· Tax Filing.

We understand the mission criticality of this function and only offer a service where we have backup resources to our primary processing resources. At present we will only offer this service on Quickbooks Payroll, Payment Evolution and ADP.
